The Eierschecke is especially well-known in Saxony and Thuringia and is an absolute cult pastry which everyone should have tried once. The name derives from the three layers, consisting of base, curd mixture and custard foam.

Our Eierschecke is baked according to our old family recipe from 1911 in a 28 cm tin. The baking time is 2.5 hours. This gentle baking process makes them particularly fluffy and a delight for the palate.

The delivery of the Eierschecke takes place exclusively from Monday – Thursday. The goods are shipped exclusively by express to guarantee freshness.

Please note that we charge a shipping fee of 19,90€ per Eierschecke due to the special shipping (express shipping).
