Spelt is currently a trendy ingredient in the diet – and rightly so. Spelt contains more high-quality protein, more vitamins and minerals than normal wheat flour and also has a high proportion of dietary fibre. Therefore, it naturally lends itself to making delicious biscuits out of it.

With subtle notes of almond, nutmeg and vanilla, this biscuit is a real treat for the palate. Add a drop of our fine egg roll liqueur. There is no better way to spend a Saxon coffee hour in culinary terms.
