In addition to our classic Eierschecke, we have another variant on offer that is simply an absolute must for fans of poppy seeds. The layer with poppy seeds fits perfectly between the base and the custard foam.
The delivery of the Eierschecke takes place exclusively from Monday – Thursday. The goods are shipped exclusively by express to guarantee freshness.
Please note that we charge a shipping fee of 19,90€ per Eierschecke due to the special shipping (express shipping). The Eierschecke is therefore also excluded from the minimum order value of 60€.

Our Eierschecke is baked according to our old family recipe from 1911 in a 28 cm tin. The gentle baking process with a baking time of 2.5 hours makes them particularly fluffy and a real treat for the palate.
