Offer:

An order:
The order via Internet is made by clicking on the field Add to cart and confirming there via the field Checkout, specifying the personal data and the selected method of payment in the steps Address, Shipping, Method of payment and Check and Order.

Correction:
Correction of the order and data is possible at any time until the final sending of the order in the section Check and Order.

Confirmation:
After the order has been placed, Dresdner Kaffeestübchen will send a confirmation of the order by e-mail, with which the text of the contract and a cancellation policy will also be transmitted; a further corresponding confirmation (including text of the contract and cancellation policy) will be sent in paper form with the handover/delivery of the goods.

Cancellation:
Cancellation of the order is possible in accordance with the regulations on the right of withdrawal. Please note our separate instructions on the right of withdrawal .

– if sent by post: by PayPal, by prepayment, by SEPA direct debit
– if you pick it up yourself: in cash or by EC card
