The Dresdner Berle matures for about 3 months to a hard cheese of incredible quality and taste (50% fat content i.T.). Spicy on the inside with a slightly sour note and a crumbly texture, surrounded by pepper on the outside, the Dresdner Berle refines hot and cold cuisine in a special way. The Berle can be sliced over roasted green asparagus with fresh strawberries, as well as over pasta and pumpkin soup.
