A cheese specialty of a special kind. The Original Dresden Berle is also called Saxony Truffle. There is probably no cheese factory in all of Germany that produces like we do. The rustic Dresden cult cheese consists of pasteurized sheep’s milk with spices in the varieties: Natural, Garlic, Ruccola Garlic, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, Beetroot – Ginger, Chili or Ginger Curry. By hand, the cheese is formed into a berle and peppered.
