A cheese speciality of a special kind.

The original Dresdner Berle is also called Saxon truffle. There is probably no cheese factory in the whole of Germany that produces like we do. The quaint Dresden cult cheese is made from pasteurized sheep’s milk with spices in the varieties: Natural, Ruccola Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Chili or Ginger Curry. By hand, the cheese is formed into a berle and peppered.
